1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jataacc website at jataacc.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jataacc platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as described in the Amendments section below.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any paid service on jataacc. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. jataacc reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is found to have been misrepresented.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jataacc. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jataacc reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your jataacc account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any mobile wallet identifiers linked to your payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify jataacc of any changes without delay by contacting [email protected].

2.4 Identity Verification

jataacc may require you to complete an identity verification process (commonly known as KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photographic ID. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jataacc account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jataacc will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You should immediately notify jataacc at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We recommend enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

3.2 Account Activity

You must play on jataacc for your own personal entertainment only. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play is strictly prohibited. jataacc employs continuous monitoring to detect non-human activity patterns.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jataacc account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirement checks have been completed. jataacc reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to prior notification by email.

• Accounts closed due to responsible gaming self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the self-exclusion period.
• Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have balances withheld pending a full investigation into the breach.
• jataacc will not reopen a permanently self-excluded account under any circumstances during the exclusion period.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jataacc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount at jataacc is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Black Diamond VIP accounts may have customised limits agreed with their personal account manager.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically within 2–6 hours of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard and Bank Transfer: Typically within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Black Diamond VIP members: Same-day processing guaranteed for all withdrawal methods.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the jataacc account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. jataacc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that falls outside normal activity patterns.

4.5 Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is reversed after funds have been credited to your jataacc account — for example, due to a chargeback initiated through your card provider — jataacc reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from your account balance. Any winnings generated using funds that are subsequently reversed may be voided at jataacc's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers and bonuses available on jataacc are subject to individual terms that are published clearly at the point of opt-in. You must read and agree to the specific terms of any bonus before accepting it. General eligibility conditions that apply across all jataacc promotions include: the player must hold a verified account in good standing; the player must be 18 years of age or older; and the player must not be registered under a self-exclusion arrangement at the time of claiming the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers at jataacc are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager using bonus funds or your deposit before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (for example, 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount). The specific multiplier applicable to any bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms and conditions at the time of opt-in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jataacc takes the integrity of its promotional programme seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers in ways that guarantee profit regardless of game outcome.
• Using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games or bet combinations specifically to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine play exposure.
• Any form of systematic bonus exploitation that jataacc's risk team identifies as inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 calendar days from the date of credit to your account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them after expiry will be removed from your account balance automatically.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on jataacc, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and other events, are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each event. In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of a market result, jataacc's trading team's decision is final. jataacc reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been abandoned, postponed, or affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions.

6.2 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds on live markets update in real time and the odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which your bet is accepted. In the event of a technical failure that causes odds to be displayed incorrectly during a live event, jataacc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on jataacc — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the originating game studio. RTP (return to player) percentages for all games are published in each game's information panel. By choosing to play any game, you acknowledge that the outcome is determined by a certified RNG and that jataacc has no ability to influence individual game results.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet and wager limits vary by game, market, and player account tier. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. Black Diamond VIP members may have access to elevated stake limits arranged through their personal account manager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jataacc platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripted tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of proceeds from criminal activity on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with jataacc's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your account or place wagers on your behalf.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Once activated, self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified period.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their jataacc account settings. A limit once set cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours, ensuring that decisions made in the heat of a session do not result in unintended financial exposure. Limit reductions take effect immediately.

8.3 Session Time Controls

jataacc provides configurable session time reminders that alert players after a specified period of continuous play. Players can set these reminders within their account preferences. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jataacc platform — including but not limited to the jataacc brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jataacc or its content and software licensing partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jataacc platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform's content or software.
• Use jataacc's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jataacc's platform or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their applicable licence agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jataacc's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jataacc account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jataacc shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if jataacc has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business or commercial opportunity.
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes — all wagering activity involves inherent financial risk that is accepted by the player.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jataacc's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jataacc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jataacc will notify registered players via email to the address on file and will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document. The updated Terms will take effect 7 calendar days after the notification email is sent, unless the change is required urgently for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case it takes effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jataacc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jataacc operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair dealing with all players.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute regarding your jataacc account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any aspect of the platform, you should follow these steps in order:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a written description of your complaint to [email protected]. Include your account username, the date of the disputed event, and any relevant transaction IDs. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request that the matter be escalated to jataacc's senior compliance team by replying to the original support email thread and using the subject line "ESCALATION REQUEST". The senior compliance team will provide a final written decision within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Independent Review: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, jataacc will cooperate with any independent third-party review process that you initiate in good faith.

12.3 Language of Disputes

All formal dispute correspondence between you and jataacc must be conducted in English. jataacc's support team communicates in English and will not be bound by any claim or correspondence submitted in a language other than English.

12.4 Time Limitation on Claims

Any claim arising from your use of the jataacc platform must be submitted within 6 months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted or investigated by jataacc.
